BTLITC exhibited at the 3 Counties Expo this week, sharing a stand dedicated to AI Vault and AI Security & Cybersecurity with business owners, charities, local organisations and fellow exhibitors from across Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties.

One thing became clear from the conversations we had throughout the day. The challenge for most organisations is no longer access to technology. AI tools, cloud platforms and automation are available to businesses of every size. The challenge is adopting that technology securely, with the governance and compliance controls to match.

What We Heard on the Stand

Across dozens of conversations, a consistent pattern emerged. Business owners and charity leaders are embracing new technology faster than ever, but many are doing so without a clear view of the security, compliance and governance implications. Questions ranged from how to deploy AI tools without exposing sensitive data, to what Cyber Essentials certification actually requires, to how smaller organisations can build trust with their own customers around data handling.

These conversations reinforced why BTLITC built AI Vault, our on-premise private AI platform, and why AI Security & Cybersecurity sits at the centre of our offering. Organisations do not need to choose between innovation and security. They need a partner who can deliver both together.
